Sample Scenarios
Scenario #1 - Agents wants to receive and record calls from Subject
  • The Agents logs into the LETS system, enters the Agent's phone's number as the UCA Telephone Number and turns on call recording.
  • Agent then either gives Subject a phone number directly attached to the LETS system or uses call-forward to forward another phone number into the LETS system.
  • Subject's caller ID is passed through and call can be recorded.
Scenario #2 - Agents wants to place and record call to Subject with preamble
  • The Agents logs into the LETS system, enters any Outgoing Caller ID and turns on call recording.
  • The Agent then dials an assigned LETS phone number and enters a pass code. A new dial tone is heard.
  • The Agent presses 5 and records preamble, then presses # when finished.
  • Final dial tone is heard and Agent can now dial the Subject's phone number.
  • The call can be recorded.
Scenario #3 - Agents wants to record telephone calls from the Subject to the Cooperator
  • The Agent supplies the cooperator with a phone.
  • The Agents logs into the LETS system, enters the supplied phone's number as the UCA phone number and turns on call recording.
  • The Cooperator's personal phone then is call-forwarded into the LETS system.
  • The Subject places a call to the Cooperator's personal phone, which is call-forwarded into the LETS system, which redirects (transfers) the call to the phone the Agent has supplied to the Cooperator.
  • The supplied phone rings and the Cooperator answers the phone (and optionally presses a pin code before the call is connected).
  • An unanswered call  proceeds to voicemail.
  • The call can be recorded.
Scenario #4 - Cooperator wants to place and record a call to the Subject
  • The Agents logs into the LETS systems, enters the Cooperator's Outgoing Caller ID and turns on call recording.
  • The Cooperators then dials an assigned LETS phone number and enters a pass code.
  • A new dial tone is heard and the Cooperator can dial the Subject's phone number.
  • The call can be recorded.
Scenario #5 - Agent wants to use cell phone as an open mic (wire)
  • The Agent dials an assigned LETS phone number and enters a pass code.
  • A new dial tone is heard and the Agent enters 55.
  • At the prompt, the recording begins. Mike can be left open for four hours. Hangup or # stops recording.
